By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the der365 platform at der365.org (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access or use the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using der365. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. der365 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; material changes will be communicated via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to your registered address.

To register and use der365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You have not previously been self-excluded from der365 or had an account suspended or terminated for rule violations.
• You are not registered on any third-party self-exclusion register that would prohibit you from accessing online gaming services.

der365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your relationship with the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Each individual may register one account only on der365. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, der365 may close all associated accounts, cancel all pending bonuses, and withhold any funds accumulated through the duplicated accounts pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You undertake to keep this information updated at all times through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. der365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact customer support immediately at [email protected].

der365 employs SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) and automatic session timeouts as additional security measures. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA on their accounts at all times.

All transactions on der365 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). der365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following verified payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. der365 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within ten (10) minutes, twenty-four hours a day, including public holidays. Withdrawals to other payment methods may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. der365 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a calendar month.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. der365 will not be responsible for funds sent to an incorrect account number provided by the player.

der365 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to your account balance if verification requirements have not been met or if the withdrawal is subject to an ongoing investigation for fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.

der365 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Bonus page at the time of the promotion, which form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions on der365:

• Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after completion of the wagering requirement are transferable to your withdrawable balance.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash at face value.

Seasonal promotions — including BPL season cricket bonuses, Eid cashback events, IPL reload offers, and Pohela Boishakh promotions — are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion. These promotions are time-limited and may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice.

All games available on der365 — including cricket betting, live casino games, slots, and crash games — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider and the specific rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a game provider's rules, these Terms shall prevail.

der365 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied by licensed international providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. The RNG outcomes are independently tested and cannot be influenced by der365 or its players.

With respect to sports betting and cricket markets specifically:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• der365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was created, priced, or settled in error.

Any attempt to use automated betting software, bots, or scripts on der365 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on der365. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, cancellation of all pending bonuses and withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the Platform.

The der365 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary to der365.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on der365 without the prior written consent of der365.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, der365, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or gaming funds resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on der365, including odds, statistics, or match data.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by your payment provider, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

der365 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's suitability for any particular purpose, its uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of any information contained therein.

In any event, der365's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your der365 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any withdrawable balance will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

der365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• der365 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct on your account.
• You have provided false identity information that cannot be rectified.
• Continued operation of your account would expose der365 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is terminated by der365 for breach of these Terms, der365 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, der365 may forfeit those funds in accordance with applicable anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures.

der365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least seven (7) days' notice by displaying a notice on the Platform or contacting you at your registered email address. Your continued use of der365 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, your only remedy is to close your account.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international gaming law applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction. der365 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform and disputes are subject to arbitration under the rules of the platform's licensing body.
